Questions
I read on the website Ripoff Report dot com that said unflattering things about the doctor. Can you explain?
Ripoff Report is a web site where anyone can post anything whether it is a legitimate complaint or unture. As a result, some companies and individuals take advantage of this avenue to post comments and criticisms about their competitors. This is what happened in this case. Since the doctor has formulated products, such as Passion Rx, which are sold on a popular web site called Physician Formulas, one of his competitors who also has libido enhancing products on the internet wrote the review on Ripoff Report dot com in order to falsely damage his reputation. A lawsuit was filed against the people who are suspected in writing this report and it was successful. However, Ripoff Report refuses to take down the untrue posting. Unfortunately this makes Ripoff Report -- a potentially very useful site to the consumer -- unreliable since no one knows when reading a posting whether it is legitimate or untrue information written by a competitor or someone who just wants to damage another person's reputation.
